We will try to provide you with all the information you need about ordering and receiving the right product for you.

Sizing

  • Our sizing runs in standards sizes: small, medium, large and extra large.
  • Our sizes are based on average sizing so be sure to check our size chart or email us if you are unsure of your sizing before placing an order.

Shipping & Order Processing

 

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out to you. If we are currently advertising a sale, processing can take an additional few days due to higher demand. 

USPS POSTAL

Shipping within the United States is via priority mail (with insurance) 2-3 business days once you have received your email confirmation with your tracking number.Shipping within the United States via First Class Mail is slightly cheaper in cost 3 business days with tracking number. (No insurance)Shipping within the United States is via priority mail express which is 1-2 business days. (Typically always 1 business day.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING USPS Postal

Please allow 6-10 days to receive your order once you have received email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. 

We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.  

Lost & Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Returns/Exchanges

  • All clothing orders placed are non-refundable. Within 30 days, if meet criteria, you are allowed to exchange same product another size. 

 

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.  
  • Gift certificates do not have expiration dates.   
  • Gift certificates are delivered and downloadable via email.
